Most of our regular readers should be aware of SmartPilot by now, a special event hosted by People & Computers scheduled to take place February 8th. The event is co-sponsored by the start-up units of IBM, Oracle and HP.
For those who haven’t been checking out our reports – this is the first event of its kind in Israel that will bring together the descision-makers in the IT field, the top IT investors from the various Israeli venture capital funds, representatives of the start-up units in international IT firms and, of course, the top IT start-up founders who are set to exclusively demo their products.
This convention has been a long time coming, with a six-month preproduction that allowed us to invite the top Israeli IT managers to witness the unveiling of the newest technologies that interest them in 2010, as well as give the start-up founders a chance to prepare a detailed pilot program for those computing executives.
