Israeli Start-Up Clarizen, which is located in Hod HaSharon, develops SaaS solutions for project management and process sharing across the net. The company has recently completed a third fund raising round to the sum of $8 million. The fund raising round was spear headed by the American DAG Ventures.
Along with DAG, Clarizen saw investments from the venture capital funds which invested in the company in previous rounds – Carmel Ventures and Benchmark Capital.
Clarizen, founded in 2005 by Avinoam Nowogrodski and Tanya Epstein, has already preformed two fund raising rounds totalling roughly $15 million in 2006 and 2008. This third round brings the companies investments to ta total of roughly $23 million.
