Tel Aviv-based storage start-up Axxana has just completed a second venture capital fund raising round, totaling at $9 million.
After the last fund raising round, Axxana’s investors were joined by the Hertzelian Carmel Ventures. They will be joining Gemini Israeli, Moshe Yannai, Rony Zarom and several other private insestors.
Axxana’s CEO and founder is Eli Efrat. A second founder who is currently acting as company CTO is Alex Winokur, and its VP of development is Eli Gur.
With the completion of the fund raising, Ronen Nir, a partner at Carmel Ventures, has joined Axxana’s board of directors. The board representative from Gemini Israel is Avi Hasson.
