According to a report by The Marker’s Guy Grimland, software giant CA is on the verge of purchasing Ra’anana-based start-up Oblicore for a few dozen million dollars. Grimland reports that the exit is at a price which comes at a loss to the company.
Oblicore, which provides Service Level Management Software, has seen investments of about $30 million since the year 2000. Among its investors were the venture capital fund JVP, Concord Ventures, Shrem Fudim, Oracle and more.
Oblicore’s CEO is Eric Converse and it’s VP of Products is Noga Perry.
