About a week ago we revealed to the world Ramat-Gan-based Aragon Networks, a web acceleration initiative started by Yaniv Shemesh, one of people behind Keshet Network’s video portal – Mako. Also involved in the project is Tal Elyashiv. At the time, we were aware the company received some sort of venture capital investment from an Israeli fund, but were unsure who put money into Aragon.
A venture capital higher-up has just informed us that the fund behind the mystery investment is Genesis Partners from Hertzelia. The partner in charge of the investment in Genesis is Dr. Eyal Kishon.
In speaking, Genesis’ Kishon refused to comment.
