Doron Nesher’s start-up, TimeLessCities, is currently hard at work on a 3d, virtual Jerusalem, circa the second temple. The project, appropriately called Timeless Jerusalem, will allow users from around the world to walk around an MMORPG-like environment depicting ancient Jerusalem and participate in educational activities in a massive virtual world.
TimeLessCities, which defines TimeLess Jerusalem as “a new experience in Jewish education”, will offer educational courses that utilize the content in the 3d world for Jewish and Christian education institutes, and even strive to use the virtual world’s multi-user engine to offer Jewish teens from around the world a common meeting ground.
TimeLessCities’ founder and CEO is writer and film-man Doron Nesher. It’s VP of Marketing is Tsipi Landen. The start-up enjoys the venture capital investments of the Gemini and Lightspeed funds.
